By using QRForge ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRForge provides a free online QR code generator that allows users to create and download QR codes with custom colors and logos. A paid Pro subscription is available for additional features including high-resolution downloads and scan tracking.

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows unlimited QR code creation with a small QRForge watermark on generated images. No account is required.

4. Pro Subscription

The Pro plan costs $9/month and includes logo embedding, high-res PNG and SVG downloads with no watermark, custom frames, bulk CSV generation, and scan tracking on dynamic links. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, including creating QR codes that link to malicious, fraudulent, or copyrighted content without permission. You are solely responsible for the destinations your QR codes link to.

6. Privacy

On the free tier, QR codes are generated in your browser and we do not store your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of QR codes generated by this tool.
